Geno directed Lee Blessing's Two Rooms at Stephens College.

"Stephens College might have enjoyed its best season in years. The Warehouse Theatre challenged you with every production. The two best at Stephens: "Urinetown," the best thing Ol’ Clark has seen at the Playhouse in four decades. I went a second time and it was better in reprise. "Two Rooms," a Warehouse shocker that should be mandatory for every Columbian 16 and over."

"Don't Hug Me is good excuse to chill"

"...you'll find 'Don't Hug Me,' now running in the Helms, funny.  Very funny.  Unexpectedly funny."

"It starts with a really well crafted script...and in this Helms incarnation moves on to very good acting under a director who appears as comically gifted offstage as he is on."

"Eugene Carr and his comic gifts are well known to HRT audiences...When he acts he excels at comic timing and silly business, and has translated both of these to his directing."

In December of 2004, Geno directed Neil Labute's bash at Sarah Lawrence College
